Description: Senior Transportation Project Manager in the Houston office. Must be experienced in highway design for State, County and local transportation agencies.
Experience: 15 to 20 years of experience. Client communication, project schedule adherence and performing within budget are essential qualities along with extensive experience in leading teams to perform within budget and adhere to schedules on projects that include schematic design and PS&E preparation for freeways and toll roads preferred.
This Manager will lead teams whose capabilities will include using Geopak to prepare horizontal and vertical alignments, preliminary engineering including schematic design, design cross sections, preparing roadway plan & profile sheets, typical sections, traffic control plans, storm sewer plan and profiles, and performing quantity take offs. Should be knowledgeable and familiar with TxDOT Roadway Design Manual, Project Development Process Manual, and Hydraulic Manual.
